Actively search for, source, onboard, and acquire new affiliates and partners (including Media Buying teams, Influencers, Tipsters, and local Asian webmasters) based on company targets.
Build, maintain, and scale long-term relationships with key regional and global partners.
Conduct initial outreach, lead business negotiations on commercial terms, and handle follow-ups.
Monitor traffic quality, analyze performance, and ensure compliance with agreed-upon terms and guidelines.
Successfully manage partner accounts or hand over verified partners to the internal team when required.

Industry Experience: Prior experience in the iGaming / Betting industry is strictly required.
Regional & Traffic Knowledge: Deep understanding of traffic specifics (especially in the Asian region), industry collaboration models, and acquisition strategies.
Language: English proficiency (A2 level or higher).
Key Soft Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, attentiveness to detail, result-oriented mindset, and high learnability.
