Design and Balance Core Merge Mechanics: Conceptualize, design, and fine-tune merge chains, generator behaviors, energy balance, and drop rates to ensure a rewarding core gameplay experience.
Develop Meta and Progression Features: Work closely with the design team to develop innovative meta-systems, quest structures, narrative integration, and live-ops events that boost long-term retention.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with artists, developers, and product managers to ensure feature implementation matches the design intent and meets project milestones.
Analyze Player Data & Live Metrics: Continuously analyze player data, heatmaps, and feedback to optimize game balance, pacing, and in-game economies, enhancing both engagement and monetization.
Maintain Clear Documentation: Write, structure, and update comprehensive Game Design Documents (GDDs) and balancing spreadsheets, ensuring they are accessible and clear for the entire team.

In-depth Knowledge of Casual Systems: Deep understanding of casual core gameplay loop design, progression balancing, board management mechanics, and live operations.
F2P Economy & Monetization Expertise: Strong comprehension of mobile F2P economies, monetization loops, energy mechanics, and casual player motivation.
Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret player data, analyze behavioral funnels, make informed design decisions, and iterate on game features based on metrics.
Experience with Analytical Tools: Hands-on experience with tools such as Tableau or similar for data analysis and decision-making.
