You'll own the creative output for paid campaigns across multiple client accounts. This is a performance creative role, not a brand design role. You'll design ads that hit a CPA, not ads that win a Behance feature.
Day to day
Design static ad creatives for Meta, TikTok, and Google - image ads, carousels, lead-gen banners
Use AI tools (Higgsfield, Nano Banana, VEO3) end-to-end - from ideation to final asset
Prepare creative briefs for testing
Iterate fast on winners - hooks, headlines, formats, ratios
Work directly with media buyers - see your ads go live in 48 hours and watch the data
Stay on top of what's working in the Meta Ad Library, TikTok, and competitor accounts
What we're looking for
1–3 years of design experience in an agency, DTC brand, or freelance for performance marketing
Strong portfolio of paid social and/or paid search ads (please include results where you can)
Figma fluency - fast, clean files, component-based workflows
Hands-on with AI tools - Higgsfield, Nano Banana, VEO3. You should be comfortable prompt-engineering, not just clicking presets
Direct-response design instincts: clear hierarchy, strong visual hooks in the first frame
Solid typography, layout, color fundamentals (AI doesn't replace these - it amplifies them)
You move fast, take feedback well
