Execute and optimize global UA campaigns across Meta, Google, AppLovin, Unity, and others
Own the full marketing funnel: drive ROAS performance against targets; manage and shift budgets based on day-to-day performance of CPIs and LTVs
Partner with the creative team to brief, test, and iterate on top-performing UA videos, playables, and CPPs
Manage MMP workflows (AppsFlyer, Firebase) to ensure accurate tracking and troubleshoot attribution discrepancies
A/B testing: design and run experiments on optimization types, event strategies, audience segments, and storefront designs (ASO); ASO experience for conversion and discoverability optimization is a plus

Understanding of the user acquisition funnel
Familiarity with the mobile market (App Store / Google Play)
Ability to work with data, draw insights, and identify patterns and trends within large datasets
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
