StellarTech is looking for a UA Manager (Google Ads) to fully own and scale our Google acquisition channel.
This is a hands-on role.
You will personally launch, manage, optimize, and scale campaigns across Google formats — while building structure, processes, and future automation on top of the channel.
Unlike Meta, where we already have deep automation, here you’ll have the opportunity to help design and build automation and systems from the ground up — on top of an existing performance foundation.

What You’ll Do:
Own Google Ads channel end-to-end
Launch and scale campaigns across:
Search
GDN
Demand Gen
Performance Max
UAC
Work hands-on inside accounts and campaign structure
Increase spend and scale volumes with ROI focus
Design testing and scaling frameworks
Build campaign architecture and channel structure
Develop automation and rule-based optimization approaches
Work with analytics and product teams on funnel performance
Identify growth levers across keywords, creatives, audiences, and funnels
Maintain process and testing documentation

In Your First 3 Months, You Will
Take hands-on ownership of Google Ads campaigns
Launch and structure campaigns across key formats
Establish testing and scaling framework
Identify first scalable growth opportunities
Increase controlled spend with efficiency targets
Propose first automation and system improvements
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years in User Acquisition / Performance Marketing
Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads
