🎯 Role Overview
We are looking for a Mid+/Senior Manual QA Engineer to work with web products: supporting existing websites, testing new changes, and contributing to product development. In this role, it is important not only to test UI and user flows well, but also to work confidently with documentation: understand specifications, verify that implementation matches requirements, document testing results, and raise unclear or questionable points in time. We need someone who can quickly understand context, independently drive tasks to completion, work carefully with a large number of details, and, when needed, support adjacent teams with checks, clarifications, and product behavior analysis.
⚙️ Your Tasks:
Test changes on websites: UI/UX, user flows, settings, content-related and product changes;
Verify that implementation matches specifications and requirements;
Analyze documentation, identify unclear points, contradictions, and missing scenarios;
Clarify requirements with adjacent teams and document agreements;
Maintain the stability of key user flows;
Perform smoke/regression checks of relevant areas before releases;
Check and analyze network requests and client behavior using DevTools, Postman, Charles, or similar tools;
Validate data in the database when needed: basic SQL queries, checking changes and states;
Maintain test documentation in Qase: checklists, test cases, and task-level testing results;
Prepare clear bug reports with steps, actual/expected results, environment details, and evidence.
👤 Our Criteria:
Experience in manual testing of web products;
Strong UI/UX testing skills;
Ability to work carefully with specifications, requirements, and test documentation.
Independence: ability to take a task, understand the context, test it, and drive it to a clear result;
Attention to detail and ability to identify edge cases;
Ability to work with a fast flow of diverse tasks without losing quality;
Good communication skills: clarifying requirements, aligning on questionable points, providing clear statuses and bug reports;
Understanding of client-server interaction;
Experience with DevTools, Postman, Charles, or similar tools;
