Manage and oversee creative production for Meta ad network — generating concepts, hypotheses, and automated creative pipelines for user acquisition
Develop creative strategies for marketing segments; lead brainstorming and retrospective sessions backed by data and competitor intelligence
Write prompts for AI-generated creatives (image, video, UGC-style)
Build and maintain automation workflows (n8n, APIs, scripts) that eliminate repetitive production tasks and reduce manual handoffs
Error handling, retries, and basic monitoring/alerting ans Debugging skills

1+ years of hands-on experience with automation tools (n8n, Make) and API integrations (Senior); 6+ months (Middle)
Solid scripting skills in Python or JavaScript — able to build and maintain workflows without engineering support
Experience with AWS Lambda
Creative mindset and genuine interest in performance marketing and AI-driven content production — no prior marketing experience required, we teach everything
English level B2 or higher
