Collaborate and consult with the businesses to identify job requirements and develop effective the position profiles and candidate specs that most effectively market the opportunity
Develop dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers and candidates in order to find the best talent
Headhunt and close senior and/or executive level candidates

3+ years experience in IT recruitment
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
An expert level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing , job analysis, and relationship management
Strong background in active recruitment
Able to handle multitasking effectively
