- Lead the development and support of the company’s frontend, backend, cloudflare edge infrastructure, CMS, internal tools, and integrations
- Own and manage SDLC processes including roadmap planning, estimation, sprint/release management, incident management, and release control
- Conduct technical reviews, mentor engineers, and contribute to team growth and development
- Research, evaluate, and implement new technical solutions and architectural approaches
- Work closely with business stakeholders on requirements decomposition, risk assessment, prioritization, and technical consulting for other departments
Що очікуємо
- 7+ years of commercial engineering experience
- 2+ years in a CTO / Head of Engineering / Tech Lead role with ownership of production environment
- Strong frontend expertise with TypeScript, Vue 3+, Nuxt 3+, SSR/SSG/CSR, PWA, cache optimization, and bundle optimization for high-load systems
- Solid backend expertise with Node.js, NestJS, REST APIs, authentication/JWT, validation, and DTO architecture
- Experience working with PostgreSQL/MySQL, Prisma or TypeORM, Redis, queues/pub-sub systems (BullJS), WebSocket/Socket.IO, and Kafka/event-driven architecture
