Що робити
Build and maintain long-term relationships with VIP players
Communicate with clients via phone, messengers, and email
Increase player activity, deposits, and overall engagement
Achieve individual KPI and revenue targets
Develop personalized offers and retention strategies
Що очікуємо
1+ year of experience in VIP Management, Retention, Sales, or Customer-facing roles
Experience in iGaming, Betting, Forex, Crypto, Fintech, or other performance-driven industries will be an advantage
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Sales-oriented mindset and ability to influence customer decisions
Ability to work in a fast-paced and KPI-driven environment
